A few reasons we have the best employees in the business:

  • Mandatory Background Checks during hiring process.

  • Minimum 3 years previous work experience with a professional painting contractor required to even apply for basic painter position.

  • Minimum of 7 years previous work experience with a professional painting contractor required to apply for crew leader position.

  • All crew leaders are proficient in the English Language.

  • All employees take part in regular OSHA safety training.

Our Custom Home & Business Interior & Exterior Painting Process

Once you’ve agreed to allow Megna Painting to be your painting contractor, together we will set up the start date and time the project is to begin. On the first day, we introduce the experienced painting specialists to you and review the scope of the painting project. At the end of each day, you will be given a progress report that defines the work completed so far and what is expected to be completed the following day. Included in that progress report is a written daily clean-up checklist that our painting professionals follow. We don’t just say we clean up every day, we put it in writing!

Once our painting services have been completed, we take care to leave the area even cleaner than we found it. We tidy up by moving your existing decor back to its original place and removing all the materials and debris from the job site. We will also leave “touch up” paint clearly marked as to where it was applied.

Our process will ensure that your house and commercial painting project will be completed on time, for the price quoted and your expectations will be met.

Our Guarantee

Three Year Warranty
Megna Painting warrants all labor and materials for a period of Three(3) years. Does not apply for decks.  If paint failure appears due to contractor’s negligence, we will supply labor and materials to correct the condition. Over the course of 7 years to date we have had Zero callbacks for paint failure or related issues. We have returned to repeat customers for new projects and to refresh a few older items but not for failure or poor craftsmanship. WE care about our clients and do everything we can to take care of them and their homes!

This warranty supercedes all other warranties, expressed or implied. Our responsibility is limited to correcting the conditions as indicated about. WE actually have an expensive old lawyer written warranty too, which is tons of fun to read and has never been used, but if you are the first person who ever asked for it let me know and we will gladly supply that to you as well:)

Proper colors can also have a large impact on the marketability of your home should you ever choose to sell it. Because of color’s large impact, it is our mission to provide all of our customers with FREE complimentary color consultations. We will help you choose the proper color for your home’s interior or exterior and explain to you the benefits of choosing different colors absolutely free of charge.

3. Proper Surface Preparation

A clean surface is necessary for the proper adhering of paint. Preparing a wall surface before any paint is applied is thus a critical step in the painting process. To ensure that your walls are properly prepared we scrape, sand and patch old paint, and when necessary, power wash the exterior walls to remove dirt, mildew, and dust.

4. Good Primer

Using the correct paint primer or sealer will help guarantee that your paint will grip the surface, increasing the overall quality and durability of your paint job. Far too often, homeowners and non-professional painters don’t realize the importance of using the proper, contractor duty primer. Your exterior house paint can last significantly if the correct type of primer is applied. A properly sealed surface is just as important for interior painting. A good primer helps ensure that porous surfaces, such as drywall and plaster, or water stains are sealed properly.

5. Proper Finish

The finish coat is your chance to express yourself. Although its application comes last in the painting process, the finish paint coat is the most important as this covering completes the finished product.
